Prisijungus prie serverio konsoleje primeto tokiu uzrasu

Kaip suprantu cia del to, kad serveryje nera leidziama 'custom decals'. Tai kaip man padaryti, kad jie butu leidziami ir zaidejai galetu naudoti kokius tik nori spray?
