Ieškojau sau AFK kicker, dauguma ju neveikė. Šitas suveikė.

- change: converting cvars to pcvars that is faster
- change: CVAR names are CHANGED from mp_* to amx_* to distinguish them from the HLDS ones
- change: checking of players now is performed only if at least X players (defined by 'amx_afkminplayers' CVAR) are on server
- new: logging of kicked players are disabled by default. To enable log set 'amx_afklog' CVAR to 1
- changed: 1 less forward to reset afktime for slot. Carefully it wasn't be tested (!) but should work properly.
