Tokia funkcija, kaip "mysql_affected_rows" apskritai neegzistuoja. Pagal pavadinimą, tai čia php funkcija.
Ieškok info iš ten, kur paėmei pluginą.

Plugin cannot be loaded, because it uses unknown, not registered native/function as "mysql_affected_rows", and there are no modules, which registers that native.
