ZP Ammo packs automatically

i have this plugin for save ammo packs
I want to know how to change this plugin to give someone ammo packs and not on the server zp, I mean automatically.
I think giving ammo packs on phpymyadmin / database or something else.
please can you help me ?

Aš noriu žinoti, kaip pakeisti šią įskiepiai duoti kažkam ammo paketai ir ne serveryje zp, aš turiu galvoje automatiškai.
Manau, kad duoti ammo paketus phpymyadmin / duomenų bazės ar dar kažkas.

This plugin already using SQL (MySQL) database and saving player's packs and you, as an administrator, can give packs to players using this command:

What's the problem?

yes i know this commend, but i want give ammo packs and i am not on server
this commend is gives ammo packs even if person not in game, yes right.

Like amx_bandisconnectedmenu which can add ammo packs instead ban? Wouldn't easier for you just edit via phpmyadmin data?

I don't know how to do it by phpmyadmin, because it's still unclear how to do it.
Please can you explain to me more about the ammo packs donated and as I can give and I'm not on the server by phpmyadmin or something like that.

I want a php code that access the database directly and add ammos to specific player wich i can use a form using steamID and amount of ammos to edit it directly from database
it will be really good to set the php page with a password
