Hello Guys , i need help from my Domains
i dont know how to found FTP and MySQL to my Domain
i have this 3 domains but i dont find FTP to it
please help

1. instal lamp server to VPS, VDS, DS and redirect your domain http://amxmodx.lt/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=2616
2. make your own pc windows server instal vertrigo server http://vertrigo.sourceforge.net/?lang=lt

but i dont have VPS or ..
i have only This Domains
