Lazeriu plugino pagalbos reikia

I am trying to add Laser plugin to my NOT ZOMBIE server. ( here it is https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=221113 ) But when I change from:
to:
I get an error:

If I dont change anything plugin just not working, but it compiles right.
