Nu jei "NoSpread" taisė, tai dabar "Aimbot" gali taisyt

Added API for AMX Mod X.
Added option "AimMultiWarns".
Fixed some falling on linux (because the old lib).
Fixed initialization players.
Remote configuration file.
Optimization.
Refactoring.
P.s about setting "AimMultiWarns", aimbot detection function at a time can give the player a +2 or +3 warning, with the option to disable this warning will always be given one by one check. (Done off for DM)
